Global Cancer Technology Appoints Raymond F. Vennare as Board Advisor

Life sciences executive brings more than 30 years of experience in capital formation, public company governance, and oncology commercialization.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. — October 12, 2026 — Global Cancer Technology, Inc. (GCT), a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapies for aggressive cancers, has appointed Raymond F. Vennare as a Board Advisor.

Vennare brings more than 30 years of experience building, financing, and leading public and private companies. His work spans oncology, precision medicine, artificial intelligence, molecular diagnostics, digital pathology, and medical devices.

As a result, his appointment adds significant capital markets and commercialization experience as GCT advances its lead cancer therapy program, GCT-007.

Adding Capital Markets and Public Company Experience

Vennare has served as a public company chief executive, board chairman, entrepreneur, and investor. His board experience includes governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance, audit, and intellectual property.

Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Predictive Oncology, Inc. (NASDAQ: POAI). During his tenure, he led the company’s strategic transformation and executed a $343.5 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing. The company subsequently became Axe Compute, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU).

Previously, Vennare served as CEO and Chairman of Cvergenx, Inc., which developed genomic technologies for precision radiotherapy. He has also held leadership roles across several medical technology and life sciences companies.

Supporting GCT’s Next Stage of Development

Vennare will advise GCT’s Board and management on capital markets strategy, corporate governance, strategic partnerships, and the path toward a potential future public listing.

“Raymond has already done what we are currently doing — translating novel science into a commercial offering and safeguarding the viability of the company through strategic planning, thoughtful governance and capital formation,” said John Clark, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Global Cancer Technology.

“His experience leading Nasdaq-listed companies, closing a $343.5 million PIPE, and developing radiotherapy and precision-medicine technologies is exactly the perspective we need to move GCT-007 from IND to clinical adoption.”

Advancing GCT’s Cancer Therapy Programs

GCT is developing therapies for glioblastoma, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), and treatment-resistant breast cancer.

Its lead candidate, GCT-007, is a brain-penetrant dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor and autophagy modulator. GCT-007 is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,637,450. In addition, the company’s second program, GCT-008, is a VPS34 inhibitor.

Vennare said GCT’s patent portfolio and therapeutic platform attracted him to the opportunity.

“GCT has secured a compelling patent portfolio and treatment platform targeting some of the most devastating cancer indications, including glioblastoma and DIPG, and certainly the most difficult to treat,” Vennare said.

“I look forward to working with John and the team to develop a clear plan of action that minimizes the risks associated with technology commercialization while maximizing the potential to bring these promising new therapeutic programs to the cancer patients who need them most, particularly the most vulnerable.”
